AMD's new Radeon HD 4860, based on the RV790 core will feature GDDR5 memory, comes with 640 stream processors and GPU is clocked at 700MHz and memory at 750MHz.

Inside there's RV790 GPU in a different configuration codenamed RV790GT. Compared to the 4850 this one has 640 stream processors instead of 800 on the HD 4850, but it uses a 256-bit GDDR5 memory interface, and effectively higher clock speeds. The price of the product, about $120, is pretty good for what you are getting.
